To refresh your website snapshot image please take the following steps:

  • Login to your account.
  • Select "My Website".
  • Click on the actual domain you wish to refresh.
  • A drop down of your website details will open up and at the bottom.
  • you'll see an "Edit" button, Click on it.
  • Under your image you'll see a "Refresh my site data" button click on it.
  • Then click "Update".
